Today, I visited 99 Ranch Market and witnessed an employee giving a customer an attitude simply because he asked her to cut his fish in half. When it was my turn, I asked for a butterfly cut, but she refused. I politely suggested that if she did not know how to do it, she could ask another employee, and I was willing to wait for him. Unfortunately, her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. I understand that employees may be busy, but customers should still be treated with respect and courtesy.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at the 99 Ranch Market in Sugar Land. My mom bought about $65 worth of fish, one green onion, and a few other vegetables. After getting home, she checked the receipt and discovered that the cashier had charged her for 45 green onions instead of just one, increasing the total by about $17. Unfortunately, she didnโ€™t notice the mistake until she got home, and we live about 20 minutes away from the store. Since my mom doesnโ€™t speak fluent English, I had to drive her all the way back to the store to get the mistake corrected. We wasted our time, gas, and energy because of an error that should never have happened. What made the situation even worse was the cashierโ€™s attitude. We spoke to the same cashier who rang up the order, and she was rude from the beginning. She never apologized, never acknowledged that the mistake was hers, and showed no concern for the inconvenience she caused. We werenโ€™t asking for anything beyond correcting the error, yet we were treated as though we had done something wrong. I understand that mistakes happen, but charging someone for 45 green onions instead of one is a major checkout error. The complete lack of acco

This grocery store has a wide variety of Asian goods. There are plenty places to park. Although sometimes pretty busy, especially during the weekend. It's a good location near chinatown. If you live close to this area or visiting this area, I recommend you coming here for all your asian groceries. I kind of wish they have more stores throughout Texas. The grocery store has reasonable pricing, so I recommend for others to come shop here!

I like this location, it had everything I needed and it was very organized. I saw some items that I didn't see at the other 99 Ranch. The clerk at the self-check out was very helpful & friendly.

99 Ranch is an Asian grocery store with lots of tempting finds. It was closed for a while, but since reopening, it's become much more organized and noticeably cleaner. I especially like the sliced meats hereโ€”they offer fresh, non-frozen options, which is perfect if you're planning to make shabu or pho with quality beef. They also have a great variety of ice cream in flavors Asian customers love. The produce section is neat, and youโ€™ll find a wide range of condiments and cooking essentials. Prices are comparable to other Asian grocery stores. What really stands out is the store layoutโ€”itโ€™s well thought out and makes shopping easy and pleasant.
